Hello, my name’s Andrin Willi. I grew up in the Romansh-speaking part of Switzerland, but for the past 15 years I’ve lived in Zürich, and I absolutely love it here. Why? Because the city, despite its squeaky-clean image, has always been tremendously colourful. It’s a hotbed of gastronomic innovation, and there’s nowhere more creative in Switzerland, either for visitors or for chefs and restaurateurs. As editor-in-chief of “marmite”, one of the country’s oldest food magazines, I travel a great deal. Every time I come home and enjoy a glass of wine by the lake, I realise that Zürich for me means holidays.
